Project Description
New three-story Juvenile Justice court facility on site in downtown Wilmington located at 138 N 4th street. The building includes Courtrooms, holding cells, vehicle sallyport, and general office spaces, and will be primarily steel frame construction with some cast-in-place foundation walls and concrete masonry shafts and security walls.
