Project Description
1st Floor Renovations: This work consists of expansion of the existing parking lot, a small addition to enclose the loading dock and renovation of the intermediate level of the building. Work includes sitework for additional parking and walkways, partial interior demolition and new construction of partitions, HVAC distribution, new AHU, electrical devices, plumbing fixtures and new finishes.
