Project Description
The facility serves as a Head Start Facility for the children of the local community. Site amenities include concrete curbs, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, sodding, full irrigation, playground synthetic surfacing and pre-school type playground equipment. Building Exterior is brick veneer wainscot with metal panels above with fixed windows and aluminum storefront. Building interior is GWB on metal stud partitions, acoustical and GWB ceilings. Flooring includes ceramic at toilet rooms, carpet and water cut sheet vinyl.
