The new Applied Technologies Building at Durham Technical Community College was a 40,000sf new two-story lab and classroom building located in Durham, North Carolina. The building was comprised of structural steel framing with combination façade of brick veneer, metal panels and curtain wall/storefront systems. Interior finishes included polished concrete flooring, ceramic tile, LVT and carpet.
Throughout the preconstruction and construction, Bordeaux performed diligently paying close attention to quality, service, and budget while keeping schedule in mind. The leadership of the Bordeaux team in place performed admirably throughout the project to quickly implement changes, correct unforeseen conditions while maintaining schedule.
