This PM&E renovation is being completed on a fully-operational research laboratory at UNC Wilmington, making site logistics and coordination with building occupants especially critical to maintain integrity of ongoing research. Originally built in 1997 and renovated in 2011, work involves selective demolition of existing MEP systems, replacement HVAC and Electrical systems, Fire Protection system modifications, and accompanying Architectural and Structural support work.
