Completed in June of 2026, this project involved construction of a new, 28,278 SF building for Brunswick Community College. Sitework included infilling of existing aquiculture ponds, new parking lots, stormwater improvements, utility connections, and landscaping. The new building includes a structural steel frame, brick veneer and metal siding, single ply membrane roofing, aluminum storefront, interior gypsum walls, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
The new facility is designed to serve students pursuing careers in Emergency Management Services, Fire Operations, and Law Enforcement. First Responders in the community will teach classes there.
