The Brentwood Elementary School project will involve a complete abatement and demolition of the existing building, followed by the construction of a new facility on the current campus. The new building will feature a two-story, 108,000 SF classroom facility with several learning commons areas, and will accommodate 508 students.
The plant area of the building will be located in the southern section of the floor plan, adjacent to the dining, kitchen, and loading dock intake areas. The two-story classrooms will connect the Plant Operations to the Administration area, as well as the school’s elective programs. The exterior facade will showcase multiple colors of brick that will correspond with the various shades of corrugated metal panels. The building will be constructed with new systems that will incorporate solar canopy integration, and will be open for the 2027-28 schoolyear.
