The majority of the building is constructed with a pre-engineered building frame, while the retail portion is constructed with conventional steel framing. The site includes a new parking lot as well as a delivery and loading area behind the building. The building consists of steel frame and metal wall framing with masonry veneer, aluminum glazing, and metal roofing.
