New three-story Juvenile Justice court facility on site in downtown Wilmington located at 138 N 4th street. The building includes Courtrooms, holding cells, vehicle sally port, and general office spaces, and will be primarily steel frame construction with some cast-in-place foundation walls and concrete masonry shafts and security walls. Work includes all new construction on the building as coordinated by the Construction Management at Risk.
Despite the numerous obstacles, Bordeaux was able to keep the project within our estimated schedule and budget while maintaining the highest level of quality. Bordeaux has consistently delivered a top-notch product for New Hanover County. Their honest and straightforward approach to business is uncommon in the construction industry.
