This project included the demolition of two buildings and a new 20,470sf addition of steel and masonry construction with metal roof containing classrooms, media center and art room. Mechanical renovations and re-roofing of 10,000sf classroom and cafeteria wing. Renovations included finishes, doors, windows, casework and roof replacement. Plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, data and communications work were also included.
This project was completed on a fully occupied school site during the school year.
