Construction of a new gymnasium as a part of the Derick G.S. Davis Community Center. New facility was approximately 7,700sf. The project also included renovation to the existing facility in order to provide access to the newly constructed gymnasium. The project also included the relocation of the electrical transformer and construction of a new electrical main distribution panel to serve both the new and existing facilities. Prior to construction of the new facility, sitework was completed to clear the gymnasium building pad, remove and relocate existing utilities and provide a new drainage swale.

Their project team took pride in their work, behaved with integrity and professionalism from start to finish, and provided a high-quality building that should serve the City well for decades to come.
