The Learning Center #3 of the East Carolina School of Dental Medicine is a 7,900sf stand alone brick veneer on steel frame building.

The facility houses clinical space with 16 operatories and support space with lab; office seminar, lounge, reception, and waiting areas. This is a technologically advanced center, with connectivity to the main dental school building in Greenville, as well as the other 9 Community Learning Centers. The project includes medical gas systems containing oxygen, vacuum, compressed air and nitrous oxide.

The School of Dental School Learning Center #3 met and exceeded the budget and schedule requirements as determined by East Carolina University.

As the project unfolded and issues did arise, we immediately learned that your team hit them head on with a focus on maintaining quality and minimizing impact to quality, cost and schedule. It is apparent your team’s attention to detail during construction resulted in the first class quality of this dental clinic.
