A 15,600sf animal services building consisting of an 11,600sf addition and a 4,000sf renovation of the existing facility. The new construction added a separate intake and adoption areas, offices and cat kennels in one building along with another building dedicated to dogs. The renovation consisted of an education center, euthanasia room and a sally port.
Bordeaux’s experience and knowledge of construction methods and means along with their management of the current volatile market conditions made the process very easy and painless both to the Owner and the budget. Bordeaux’s staff’s attention and responsiveness during the project to be outstanding and they were not only interested in performing their contractual duties but were very willing to assist in determining resolutions to other issues we faced.
