Fast-track tenant improvement for BDO USA LLP’s Raleigh office expansion. The project was a full mechanical, electrical, and finish upfit of the 3rd floor of One City Plaza. The renovation required significant night and weekend work to minimize noise and construction impact to adjacent tenants. Located in the epicenter of downtown Raleigh, the project offered significant challenges for debris removal, parking, and material staging. The floorplan is an open office workspace design with 5 conference rooms, staff training room, break room, and large executive board room.
Our renovation projects require very aggressive timeframes and take place within occupied, highly sensitive office buildings.
