Bordeaux Construction Company, Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned general contractor based out of Morrisville, North Carolina. Since our founding in 1977, we have completed over $1B worth of projects in North Carolina, and $350M of those we delivered as the Construction Manager at Risk. With over 47 years of commercial construction experience in our state, we have deep roots in North Carolina and consistently deliver exceptional results for our communities, which has earned us the distinction as an ENR Southeast “Top 100 Firm”.

J. Blair Bordeaux, PE

President

Blair Bordeaux, a dedicated outdoors enthusiast, brings a unique perspective to the world of construction. As a proud third-generation member of Bordeaux Construction, he has spent an impressive 20 years shaping spaces that blend innovation with the natural world.

When he’s not leading Bordeaux Construction, Blair spending his free time outdoors traveling the world surfing, fishing, and running trails. Whether it’s riding the surf or running through nature’s paths, he finds inspiration in the world outside.

Blair’s heart belongs to more than the construction site. He’s a dedicated family man, with three wonderful kids – Vaden, Wyndham, and Ellison. He’s found his partner in adventure, Emily, an Ohio native who shares his love for exploration.

Ben Warren

Vice President

Ben Warren, Vice President of Bordeaux Construction, is a Durham, NC native and US Navy Veteran. A devoted family man, Ben cherishes his role as a father to his son, Winston, and is in his sixth year coaching Winston’s baseball teams. Ben is a loving husband to his wife Jessi, and their two French bulldogs, Sam and Sunny.

Beyond the construction site, Ben’s passion for adventure takes his family wakeboarding, big-mountain snow skiing, and just about any other activity that gets them outside or out on the water.

Ben’s sharp wit and infectious sense of humor are the heartbeat of the office. His ability to keep the atmosphere light and engaging is as vital as his construction expertise. With a career rooted in delivering exceptional results, Ben’s dedication and dynamic presence continue to uplift Bordeaux Construction’s legacy.
