Project Manager – Duties/responsibilities will include:   Support preconstruction services through design and GMP.  Manage construction projects to ensure that work is performed according to plan and specification requirements.  Responsible for all material procurement, schedule, change orders, RFIs, pay applications, manage subcontractors and daily coordination with Project Superintendent.  Manage and track job costs and prepare monthly report for CFO review. Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field.  Experience with North Carolina Design, Engineering and Subcontracting Trades.  Minimum of five years as Project Manager in North CarolinaPreferred: Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.  Experience with Projects utilizing CM at Risk and Design-Build.

Project Engineer – The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, be able to communicate well, perform in stressful situations, and effectively multitask. Duties/responsibilities will include: work closely with project management in coordination of submittals, LEED submittals, compiling closeout documents, and day to day tasks on various ongoing projects.  Work with lead estimator in putting together bids.
